Dog Trainer Picks and Chooses Breeds to like

Dog Trainer Picks and Chooses Breeds to Like

It is common knowledge that one of the top supporters of dogsbite.org likes to be known as a dog trainer or “animal behavorist”. I don’t know about you, but the dog trainers I know or have used in the past, like all dogs.  The dog trainers I know don’t pick and choose what breed of dog to train. Most of the dog trainers I know, if not ALL of the dog trainers I know, welcome Pit Bulls, or “Pit Bull type dogs”, they don’t discriminate an entire breed or type of dog.
However, seems Colleen has recruited one dog trainer, or so she claims to be one, that is passionately against our beloved pets. But after reviewing some screenshots sent to WICL, I am not sure what type of dogs she really does support or like.
Perhaps the most crazy statement this “animal trainer” has told fellow dogsbite.org supporters is what she would like to happen to Pit Bulls. In my opinion, a true “dog trainer” enjoys all breeds and doesn’t wish family pets to “die out”

But it isn’t just Pit Bulls this “animal behaviorist” doesn’t like, take a look at how she speaks of the Border Collie:

And even Yappy dogs?

Love how she spreads lies for her friend and supporter Merritt.  I only wish they would do some accurate research before they try and attempt to appear all professional and knowledgeable.

So according to Merritt, Saint Bernards are rare? Alexandra should do some fact checking before making a statement in support of Merritt.  Well I did some checking and according to the American Kennel Club, St. Bernards are ranked 47th out of 177 breeds in 2013 (AKC, 2014). Once again, Merritt pulling things out of the air, to make him appear knowledgeable.

Just because someone writes a book, doesn’t make them an expert. The reviews on her book are a tad bit funny, most of the positive reviews come from other Dogsbite.org supporters like Julie, Sloan,Carol and B. Kay to name a few. Someone that claims to be a trainer should be able to handle just about any breed, perhaps this so called trainer needs more training, who knows.
